At AutoScent, orders are processed promptly within 24 hours of
confirmation from the customer. Orders placed on public holidays or Sundays
will be processed the next working day. In cases of an incorrect address,
orders will be held until our team verifies the information using the provided
contact details. To prevent order cancellation, please ensure your contact
information including email and phone number is accurate and complete.

Our products are securely packed using sustainable materials,
resulting in a breakage rate of just 0.001%.

All products are delivered through either TCS or Leopard
Couriers. A tracking ID will be sent to your contact number via text message by
the respective courier company. You can also reach out to our customer care
team to request your tracking ID.

Returns and exchanges are not applicable for this product.
